Price Impact is the difference between the market price and how the trade impacts the overall liquidity in the pool. The Price Impact will vary depending on the size of the liquidity pool. If the pool has high liquidity, trades may have a smaller price impact. Whereas, if the pool has a low amount of liquidity, the price impact will be large.
