Capital Funds

Capital Funds are the money that is provided in the form of debt/equity to enable or continue the operation of a company. The company using the capital funds are to use it strictly for operating the company. The lenders expect a return on the investment from the capital funds they provided which could come in the form of interest, dividends and stock appreciation.
