Strategy Boosts Bitcoin Yield Target to 25% After $5.8B Gains

Strategy”s investment plan that is focused on BItcoin financial instruments has reached approximately a  13.7% YTD BTC Yield accompanied by $5.8 billion dollars  in BTC dollar gains as of April 28. The company is planning on performing even better with a potential  goal of 25% and  an updated prediction of $15 billion BTC earnings after its successful performance.

Current Bitcoin Holdings

Marc Andreessen Capital bought approximately 553555 Bitcoin with a total investment amount of $37.9 billion which yielded $68,459 for each Bitcoin purchase. The company has  implemented a record of approximately $21 billion  dollars in equity offering. This has resulted  resulted in a 301,335 BTC acquisition during Q1.

Performance Metrics

The internal metrics monitored by Strategy consist of BTC Yield (share-based Bitcoin changes), BTC Gain (Bitcoin value reach of 61,497 total coins year-to-date) and BTC $ Gain (growth in dollar value currently worth $5.8 billion).

Accounting Changes

On January 1 Strategy started accounting for digital assets at fair value which added $12.7 billion to their retained earnings balance. Operating at a Q1 loss of $5.9 billion did not stop the company from projecting an $8 billion fair value gain during Q2. This is when Bitcoin prices began to rebound.

Capital Deployment

Through preferred stock IPOs and convertible notes. Strategy has drawn substantial capital funding which led to $10 billion in proceeds during early 2025. The STRK ATM offering agreement of the company maintains $20.9 billion in available capacity for new transactions.
