What is Wen?

Wen ($WEN) is a cat-themed memecoin that launched on the Solana blockchain at the beginning of 2024 and was the first token to launch on the Jupiter Exchange LFG Launchpad alongside an airdrop for loyal users of the exchange.

First of its kind, the Wen memecoin represents shared ownership of a poem known as “A Love Letter to Wen Bros” written by weremeow, the founder of the Jupiter Exchange. The poem was originally minted as an NFT and then fractionalized into 1 Trillion $WEN tokens, each representing a share in the poem.

Wen is more than just an adorable cat, it’s a community focused on bettering the entire Solana network through its many partnerships with other popular dApps within the ecosystem. This time the question isn’t Wen, but how?

Strengthening the overall foundation of the Solana network is the Wen Solana Validator node which already has over 153K staked $SOL ($26.8M+). Thanks to the incredible 0% fees and 0% MEV fees, this enables users to maximize their $SOL staking rewards with the Wen validator.

Newly added to the list is The Genesis Wen Plushy Toy which is an IRL soft and cuddly toy that will come with a tradable NFT.
